Crane Job: Hooking, Lowering, and Unhooking Cut Tree

Crane Job: Hooking, Lowering and Unhooking Cut Tree

As our name suggests, A+ Tree & Crane often uses cranes for tree removal. But how do we get it to the ground? The pictures below explain the step-by-step process of safely hooking and unhooking the cut tree. For more photos, visit our webpage at www.aplustrees.com .

After the tree is cut, the climber hooks the crane to the tree
and the operator lowers the tree to the ground.

The crew guides the crane as it lower the tree
and positions it safely on the ground.

The crew unhooks the tree and gets to work, sawing
the tree into small pieces to feed the chipper.
